1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return request is placed within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all original tags.
  • Footwear should be tried on indoors only and returned with the original box.
  • Watches and accessories must include all original components such as warranty cards, user manuals, and protective films.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and socks
  • Fragrances, cosmetics, and skincare products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance sale items marked “Final Sale”

2. Return Process

  1. Submit a return request through our Return Form or email us at sunilboorasir786@gmail.com.
  2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  3. If approved, we will schedule a pick-up from your address.
  4. After the item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality inspection.

If the product passes all checks, we will initiate your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are offered in the following ways:

  • Original Payment Method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, Net Banking)
  • Store Credit (valid for 6 months)
  • Bank Transfer (for COD orders)

Refunds usually take 5–7 working days after the product passes QC.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will provide store credit or a refund.
  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide supporting images or an unboxing video.
  • We will issue a free replacement, full refund, or store credit.

6. Cancellation Policy

Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted and the item must be returned after delivery.
